rtk_btcoex: create workqueueĪnd now my limited knowledge is failing me, since it states tainted and unsigned i thought to at least get rid of it, so tried opening a terminal in the driver folder as with install and did: sudo make uninstallĪnd after that failed sudo make uninstall INTERFACE=allīut both did not work and i would like to solve this:

rtk_btcoex: rtk_btcoex_exit: destroy workqueue usbcore: deregistering interface driver rtk_btusb usbcore: registered new interface driver rtk_btusb rtk_btcoex: alloc buffers 1792, 2432 for ev and l2 rtk_btcoex: rtk_btcoex_init: version: 1.2 rtk_btusb: module verification failed: signature and/or required key missing - tainting kernel rtk_btusb: loading out-of-tree module taints kernel. I had some trouble finding info, but after some searching sudo modprobe seemed to give me some idea of what was wrong: sudo modprobe rtk_btusb & dmesg | grep rtk There were some error 1 and error 2 on install, but i do not know what that means. So, unpacked the asus driver, placed it in the download folder, opened a terminal there and did: sudo make install INTERFACE=all The system found bluetooth as HCI0 when doing hciconfig -aīut it was not available for use and at one point i found that an intel driver from my old bluetooth was presented with it's info. Plugged in the usb stick and alas, no plug and play. I have very little experience with linux, but wanted to upgrade my bluetooth so i got a asus bt500 and downloaded linux 64 bit version of the driver from their website.
